Agreement to terms
By accessing and using tragalog, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
What tragalog does
tragalog is a client ticketing system that helps freelancers and agencies manage client requests. We provide:
- Client portal for ticket submissions
- Project and ticket management tools
- AI-powered task extraction from emails
- Team collaboration features
- Email notifications and integrations
Your account
When you create an account:
- You're responsible for keeping your login secure
- You must provide accurate information
- You can't share your account with others
- You're responsible for activity on your account
- You must be 18 or older (or have permission from a guardian)
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use tragalog for illegal purposes
- Upload malicious code or malware
- Attempt to access other users' data
- Overload our systems or abuse the API
- Resell or redistribute our service
- Scrape or copy our content without permission
Payment and billing
For paid plans:
- Billing is handled securely through Stripe
- Subscriptions renew automatically
- You can cancel anytime from your settings
- Refunds are evaluated case-by-case
- We may change pricing with 30 days notice
Data and content
Your content belongs to you. By using tragalog:
- You retain ownership of your data
- You grant us permission to store and process it to provide the service
- You're responsible for having rights to any content you upload
- You can export or delete your data at any time
- We may use anonymized data to improve the product
Service availability
We work hard to keep tragalog running smoothly, but we can't guarantee 100% uptime. We're not liable for:
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Data loss (though we take backups seriously)
- Bugs or errors in the software
- Third-party service failures
AI features
Our AI-powered features use Anthropic's Claude. By using these features:
- You acknowledge AI suggestions may not be perfect
- You're responsible for reviewing AI-generated content
- We don't train models on your private data
- AI features may have usage limits
Termination
Either party can terminate this agreement:
- You can delete your account anytime from settings
- We may suspend accounts that violate these terms
- We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice
- Upon termination, you have 30 days to export your data
Liability limits
tragalog is provided "as is" without warranties. We're not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Changes to terms
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll notify you of significant changes. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
