What we collect

We collect information you provide when you create an account, create trags, or use our services. This includes:

• Email address and name
• Organization information
• Work data and trags you create
• Files and attachments you upload
• Usage data and analytics

How we use your data

We use your information to:

• Provide and improve our services
• Send you important updates and notifications
• Process payments and billing
• Analyze usage to improve the product
• Respond to support requests

Data storage and security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use:

• Encrypted database connections
• Secure authentication via Supabase
• Regular security audits
• 90-day automatic deletion of old attachments

Third-party services

We use trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, database storage, email delivery, analytics, payments, and customer support. These providers process data only as needed to operate the service.

These services have their own privacy policies and security measures.

Google user data

When you connect a Google service, tragalog asks for access only to that service, and only after you choose to connect it:

• Sign-in: your name and email address, to create and secure your account.
• Gmail: we read the messages you connect so that requests become tracked work in your workspace. We draft replies, and we send email on your behalf when you ask us to, or when you have given tragalog's agents permission to send.
• Google Calendar: we read your events to prepare meetings and follow-ups, and create events when you ask us to, or when you have given tragalog's agents permission to.
• Google Drive: we read files so you can attach them to your work.
• Other Google services you connect (such as YouTube, Google Sheets or Google Analytics): we access only the service you connect, and only to do the work you ask for there, or that you have given tragalog's agents permission to do, such as reading your channel, sheet or site data and making changes when you ask us to, or when you have given tragalog's agents permission to.

Your Gmail data is private to you unless you choose to share it, for example by turning on email activity in your workspace stream. tragalog's agents use your Google data only to provide features to you. For example, they learn your projects and preferences so your work is organized the way you work.

We do not sell Google user data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not use it to develop, improve or train generalized AI or machine-learning models, and we do not allow the AI providers we use to do so. We transfer it to others only to provide or improve features you use, for security, or to comply with the law. People at tragalog do not read it unless you ask us to, it is needed for security or to comply with the law, or it has been aggregated and anonymized.

OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect any Google service in tragalog at any time, and you can revoke tragalog's access from your Google Account permissions. We keep Google user data only as long as we need it to provide the features you use. Disconnecting a Google service stops all further access to it, and deleting your account deletes the Google user data we stored.

tragalog's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access your data at any time
• Export your data in standard formats
• Delete your account and all associated data
• Opt out of marketing communications
• Request corrections to your information

Cookies and tracking

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We use analytics to understand how people use tragalog, but we don't sell your data or use invasive tracking.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the app.
